Beloved folk rockers The Lumineers return with a plan to dazzle the O2 arena
With twentyfour #1 hits across various radio formats, The Lumineers have quickly ascended to become one of the world’s most beloved bands of any genre. Having started out in small clubs and open mics, the band has grown into a touring powerhouse, selling out arenas across the world. The Lumineers made their international breakthrough in 2012 with the hit song Ho Hey, the first single from their self-titled debut album. The band also received two Grammy Award nominations, including Best New Artist.
The hit single Ophelia from their next album Cleopatra has garnered over a billion streams on Spotify alone. In 2019, The Lumineers released their third album, III, which was met with both critical and commercial success. Their fourth album, BRIGHTSIDE, released in January 2022, also enjoyed major success, reaching the top ten in both the U.S. and Canada. The accompanying tour sold over 1.1 million tickets across 120 cities, 29 countries, and 6 continents.
The band’s first live album, the recently released Live From Wrigley is culled from that record breaking show. In recent years, The Lumineers have earned the respect of their peers, leading to collaborations with top artists such as P!nk, Zach Bryan, Noah Kahan, and James Bay.
