Každý návštěvník O2 areny, vstupující do O2 areny za účelem účasti na akci, se zakoupením či obdržením vstupenky (či jiného dokladu, opravňujícího jej ke vstupu) zavazuje při vstupu do O2 areny dodržovat pravidla uvedená v Provozním řádu, Návštěvním řádu, Reklamačním řádu a v těchto Pokynech pořadatele („Pokyny“).
Tyto Pokyny zdůrazňují vybraná práva a povinnosti návštěvníků O2 areny při jejich vstupu do místa konání akce, jinak uvedená v řádech haly. V případě, že se Pokyny na konkrétní akci od řádů liší, je tak uvedeno dále v těchto Pokynech níže nebo při vstupu do O2 areny, a tyto Pokyny mají před řády přednost. Doporučujeme všem držitelům vstupenek se s těmito Pokyny seznámit nejen při nákupu vstupenky, ale také před tím, než se vypraví na akci.
Vstupenka: Vstupenka platí jen pro uvedenou akci v uvedený den, hodinu, místo konání a sedadlo (příp. stání na ploše), je platná pouze s kontrolním ústřižkem a opravňuje pouze k jednomu vstupu. Vstupenku musí mít každá osoba vstupující do O2 areny bez ohledu na věk (tedy i malé dítě) a celou dobu pobytu v O2 areně ji musí mít u sebe a při výzvě pořadatele se jí prokázat. Další převod vstupenky bez písemného souhlasu pořadatele nebo pokus o další prodej způsobuje její neplatnost a držiteli takové vstupenky nemusí být umožněn do O2 areny vstup, a to bez náhrady.
Vstupenky do O2 areny oficiálně prodávají pouze společnosti IRSnet CZ s.r.o. (Ticketportal) a Ticketmaster Česká republika, a.s. (Ticketmaster). Pokud vstupenku nakoupíte u jiných prodejců (vč. nákupu od jiných diváků), za jejich pravost a platnost pořadatel neodpovídá, přičemž jejich zakoupením riskujete, že nebudete vpuštěni do haly. Prodej vstupenek u oficiálních prodejců se dále řídí jejich obchodními podmínkami, které lze nalézt na jejich webových stránkách (https://www.ticketmaster.cz/, https://www.ticketportal.cz/).
Buďte při nákupu vstupenek obezřetní, nakupujte pouze o oficiálních prodejců! Neukazujte nikomu individualizované prvky vstupenky (QR kód, čárový kód) tak, aby nedošlo k jejímu zkopírování. Turnikety v O2 areně jsou nastavené tak, že každý čárový kód pustí právě jednou.
Vstup do místa konání akce: Seznam předmětů, s nimiž nelze vstupovat do O2 areny, najdete v Návštěvním řádu nebo v rubrice ZAKÁZANÉ PŘEDMĚTY. Během akce funguje před O2 arenou úschovna. Osoby mladší 15 let musí být na akci doprovázeny osobou zletilou, která musí mít svojí vlastní vstupenku.
Akce: Datum a čas akce mohou být změněny s upozorněním na webové stránce akce (www.o2arena.cz). Změna místa konání akce je vyhrazena, přičemž akce může být, bez dalšího nároku držitele vstupenky, dle rozhodnutí pořadatele, přesunuta do tzv. O2 universa (budova č. p. 2345, na adrese Českomoravská 2345/17, Praha 9).
Vracení vstupného: Vstupné se vrací, v případě existence nároku na vratku, na základě písemné žádosti, podané pořadateli nebo prodejci vstupenek původním kupujícím vstupenky, doručené pořadateli/prodejci bez zbytečného odkladu po vzniku nároku, nejpozději do jednoho týdne před termínem akce, které se vratka týká, neurčí-li pořadatel jinak (např. se bude vstupné vracet všem automaticky).

The celebrated tenor has become a long-standing ambassador for Italian culture around the world and drew worldwide attention in 2020 with his record-breaking ‘Music for Hope’ event which became one of the biggest musical live stream performances of all-time. Across his illustrious career, Bocelli has received six Grammy Award nominations, six Latin Grammy Award nominations, a Golden Globe, seven Classical BRITs, seven World Music Awards, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
2024 officially marks 30 years of Andrea Bocelli’s iconic career. To commemorate his 30th anniversary, Bocelli is set to release a new Duets album on October 25th via Decca Records / Sugar Music, featuring a variety of his most beloved collaborations, including Ed Sheeran, Celine Dion, and Luciano Pavarotti, among others, as well as newly recorded tracks with Shania Twain, Chris Stapleton, Karol G, and more. The celebration will continue throughout the fall with the release of his concert film, Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration, which chronicles Bocelli’s three-day July concert event in his home town Lajatico, Tuscany. Stars including Ed Sheeran, Russell Crowe, Zucchero, Shania Twain, Jose Carreras, Lang Lang, Placido Domingo, Matteo Bocelli and others performed in his honour.
One of the world’s most recognisable voices, Bocelli has performed for four Presidents of the United States of America, three Popes, the British Royal Family, and many Prime Ministers. He has sung at high-profile ceremonies including the Olympics, the World Cup, the UEFA Euro 2020 Opening Ceremony, the Premier League final, the Ballon d’Or, the Universal Expo in Shanghai in 2010 and in Milan in 2015. He has performed in all the greatest concert halls and opera houses around the world, as well as major international arenas. Bocelli recently sang at the 24th Annual Latin Grammy Awards and the 96th Oscars. He also became the first classical artist in history to headline London’s BST Hyde Park 2024.

Andrea Bocelli made history with his 2018 pop album ‘Sì,’ taking first place in the UK and US charts, the first time ever to be achieved by an Italian artist. He broke records again on Easter Day 2020, uniting millions around the world with his emotionally charged ‘Music for Hope’ performance from the historic Duomo cathedral in Milan, one of the biggest musical live stream performances of all-time. The broadcast saw 2.8 million peak concurrent viewers – the largest simultaneous audience for a classical live stream in YouTube history. Musically gifted from birth, Andrea Bocelli is one of the most celebrated singers in modern history. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Opera Singing from the “G. Puccini” Music Conservatory in La Spezia and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Pisa, Italy. He was honoured by the Italian Republic with a Grande Ufficiale Italian Order of Merit (Grand Officer of the Italian Republic) and he was bestowed the title of Ambassador of the Italian Republic of San Marino. During the Opening Ceremony of the World Economic Forum 2015 in Davos (Switzerland), he was given the prestigious Crystal Award, in recognition of his work an artist and philanthropist. In 2016, the University of Macerata awarded him with an Honorary Degree in Modern Philology. In 2011, he founded the Andrea Bocelli Foundation (ABF) to empower people and communities in vulnerable situations.
