Vstupenka platí jen pro uvedený den, hodinu, akci, místo konání a sedadlo, je platná pouze s kontrolním ústřižkem a opravňuje k jednomu vstupu. Po opuštění místa konání akce pozbývá platnosti. Dodatečnými úpravami se stává vstupenka neplatnou. V případě uplynutí platnosti vstupenky, jejího poškození, zničení, ztráty nebo krádeže nelze vstupenku vyměnit ani nahradit její hodnotu ani poskytnout jinou kompenzaci. Další převod, prodej nebo zbavení se vstupenky bez písemného souhlasu pořadatele nebo pokus o další prodej za cenu vyšší, než je na vstupence vytištěna, způsobuje její neplatnost. Držiteli takové vstupenky bude odepřen vstup na místo konání akce nebo bude vyveden a zakládá to důvod pro zabavení vstupenky bez náhrady její nominální ceny nebo jiné kompenzace.
Vstupenka je cenina, její padělání a pozměňování je zakázáno. Pořadatel odepře vstup na akci všem držitelům takových vstupenek.
Bez výslovného písemného souhlasu Pořadatele akce nesmí kupující nebo držitel vstupenky s ní nijak nakládat v souvislosti s propagací (včetně soutěží a spotřebitelských loterií) kupujícího nebo držitele vstupenky nebo jiné osoby či jakýchkoli výrobků nebo služeb pro jakékoli komerční účely nebo jiné účely, a to ani s její významnou částí. Zakoupení vstupenky neopravňuje žádnou osobu jakkoliv marketingově využít akci ani značku Pořadatele bez souhlasu Pořadatele.
V případě porušení ustanovení výše bude vstupenka stornovaná bez náhrady. Pořadatel má právo požadovat náhradu újmy nebo vydání bezdůvodného obohacení, včetně nákladů na právní zastoupení a soudní řízení.
Zaplacené vstupné se nevrací, vstupenka se nevyměňuje. V případě zrušení akce zodpovídá za vrácení vstupného pořadatel. V případě zrušení akce uplatní držitel vstupenky nárok na vrácení vstupného dle pokynů pořadatele. Servisní poplatky se nevracejí. Náhrada zvláštních nákladů (např. hotel, jízdní výlohy) se neposkytuje. Změna programu vyhrazena. Datum a čas akce mohou být změněny bez upozornění.
Je zakázáno fotografování a pořizování obrazových a zvukových záznamů v průběhu akce včetně přestávek. Dále je zakázáno používání laserových ukazovátek, vnášet do objektu na akci kamery, profesionální fotoaparáty a tablety.
Na akci jsou poskytovány slevy. Pořadatel poskytuje slevy na vstupném držitelům průkazu ZTP/P – vozíčkářům a jejich průvodcům.

American metal legend Disturbed is touring to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their iconic album The Sickness and will bring their energetic show to Prague’s O2 Arena on October 7. Megadeth will perform as a special guest.
Multi-platinum rock band Disturbed has announced a 17-date The Sickness 25th Anniversary Tour in Europe and UK, beginning September 28th in Copenhagen, Denmark at Royal Arena. Megadeath will be a special guest on all dates.
The tour celebrates 25 years of Disturbed’s seminal debut album which launched the band into public consciousness and is one of the most important and influential heavy metal albums of all time. Each night will feature two sets of music, opening with Disturbed playing the five times platinum The Sickness in full, followed by a full set of greatest hits.
On Friday, the band shared their new single “I Will Not Break” via Vertigo Music/UMG. Disturbed has become one of the most celebrated and commercially successful metal acts of all time and this marks the band’s first new music since their acclaimed 2022 album, Divisive. The song previews forthcoming music from Disturbed and they call it “a necessary song, about becoming stronger than the forces that constantly try to tear you down.” “I Will Not Break,” includes the stirring lyrics “I’ve had enough of feeling terrified, now I’m deciding that I won’t be hiding from anyone,” which encourages listeners to push back in the face of adversity and for the song, the band again teamed up with the Divisive’s producer WZRD BLD (Knocked Loose, Ice Nine Kills). Disturbed’s forthcoming 25th anniversary edition release of The Sickness will be released on March 7th via Warner. The Sickness, their seminal debut album, launched the band into public consciousness and is one of the most important and influential heavy metal albums of all time. To commemorate the 25th anniversary, the band will reissue their five-times RIAA®-Platinum certified debut album on March 7th, exactly 25 years to the date of their original release, in several box set, vinyl, and CD editions. The Sickness 25th Anniversary edition will include b-sides, demos, and previously unreleased songs and is available to pre-order on all formats here, and more information about the various editions is available here.
To date, Disturbed has seen record-breaking success with sales of over 17 million units and 14 billion streams. It all began with The Sickness, which includes their songs “Down With The Sickness” (recently certified 8x platinum), “Stupify” (2x platinum), “Voices” (Gold), and “The Game” (Gold). The album peaked at #29 on the Billboard Top 200 chart and spent a total of 106 weeks on the chart. To date, The Sickness has been streamed 2.5B times worldwide.
