- The Entrance

Spectators may normally enter the O2 arena 1.5 hour before the event. This may be changed based upon an agreement between the event promoter and the O2 arena Operator.
Spectators enter the O2 arena by the North entrance located on the 1st Floor accessible from Ocelarska St., the Ceskomoravska underground station and Sokolovska tram stops. This entrance in the O2 arena features 18 turnstiles and 2 gates for people with disabilities.

Barrier-free entrance for people with disabilities
By the North entrance located on the 1st Floor accessible from Ocelarska St., the Ceskomoravska underground station and Sokolovska tram stops. There are barrier-free entrances for people with disabilities. The O2 arena features a total of 48 seats for wheelchair users and their escorts. In each of the 103, 104, 120 and 121 sectors in rows no. 20 and 21 and in sectors no. 117 and 118, in rows no. 17 and 18, there is a platform allowing for comfortable viewing of performances to eight wheelchair users and their escorts. Due to the varied layout for individual events, it is not always possible to fully use the capacity of areas designated for wheelchair users.
Tickets
If the event organizer provides a discount on admission to people with disabilities, tickets for the ZTP/P pass holders – wheelchair users or tickets for the ZTP and ZTP/P pass holders may be ordered at the call centre line (+420) 266 12 11 22 on week days from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Taking Photographs

No recording devices, albeit data, video or audio may be brought in the O2 arena. In spite of that, there are events taking place at the O2 arena whose spectators may bring, e.g., a compact camera.
Exceptions are granted by the event organizer are indicated in the Organizer’s Guidelines available in the detail section of every event.
- Deposit Facilities

During events, O2 arena provides for storage of valuables or large luggage in its deposit facilities. The depository is located on the left side of the O2 arena entrance.
Payment: cash only in CZK.
Approximate price list:
- small items: CZK 20 (eg knife, umbrella, groceries)
- medium items: CZK 50 (eg smaller backpack, bag, folding pram)
- valuables and large items: CZK 100 (eg laptop, tablet, camera, suitcase, backpack)
The Deposit is limited in space and is mainly used for storing oversized luggage (larger than 40x30x20 cm) and other objects with which it is not possible to enter the O2 arena (via Prohibited items).
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to store explosive, highly flammable, narcotic, psychotropic, strong-smelling, toxic or otherwise dangerous substances, acids, firearms and ammunition, pressure vessels and other materials that, due to their chemical or physical properties, may cause a threat to human health or the environment or property.
We would like to inform visitors that the storage deposit for items, located opposite the northern entrance on Ocelářská Street, has limited storage capacity. Visitors are not entitled to store their belongings in the deposit (or cloakroom). Storage in the deposit (or cloakroom) may be refused, especially if the maximum capacity of the deposit (or cloakroom) is reached.

BASIC RULES APPLICABLE TO ENTRY AND STAY OF PERSONS IN THE BUILDING (VISITOR RULES)
- Definitions for the purposes of the Visitor Rules. O2 arena means the multifunctional hall at Českomoravská 2345/17a, 190 00 Prague, which is part of a wider complex in building no. 2345 Operator means Bestsport, a.s. Organiser means a person who organises an event in the O2 arena in agreement with the Operator. Ticket Seller means a person who is, according to the agreement of the Operator and the Organiser, the official seller of tickets for the event held in the O2 Authorised person is a person who, as designated by the Operator or as agreed between the Operator and the Organiser, carries out the instructions of the Operator or the Organiser in the O2 arena and its adjacent surroundings in connection with the holding of events and/or the operation of the O2 arena and who is visibly marked (uniform, vest); such persons may include security personnel, organizational and event management personnel, paramedics, firefighters, anti-smoking patrols, etc.
- Rules for entering the O2arena and moving around the O2 arena. By purchasing a ticket, the visitor agrees to abide by the Operating Rules, Visitor Rules, Claims Regulations, and the Organiser’s Instructions and undertakes to comply with them when visiting the O2 arena, as well as to comply with the conditions set out in the applicable legislation. Individual rules and regulations of O2 arena are available at all O2 arena box offices, at the info/reception desk in the north foyer, and on the website at https://www.o2arena.cz/pro-navstevniky/pravidla-pro-navstevniky/. O2 arena visitors are obliged to respect generally binding rules of good behaviour and good manners during their stay at O2 arena, i.e., in particular politeness and respect, and are obliged to refrain from any manifestation of interpersonal, racial, religious or political intolerance. Visitors to the O2 arena are also obliged to follow the instructions of the Organiser at the venue and the instructions of other authorised persons who are properly identified (organisers, firefighters, paramedics and doctors, anti-smoking patrols, etc.).
- Damage Prevention. Each person entering O2 arena is obliged to behave in such a way as to avoid damaging O2 arena , its equipment or damaging any property or health of other persons, and is also obliged to maintain the O2 arena and its surroundings clean and tidy. Anyone who sees a defect endangering the safety of persons or defect posing a threat of property damage within the premises or facilities of O2 arena is obliged to report such defect immediately to relevant Authorized Person or to the Operator.
- Access of Persons. Persons under the age of 18 are the responsibility of their legal guardians, while persons under the age of 15 enter the O2 arena only when accompanied by an adult (e.g. a legal guardian); the Authorised Person is entitled to require proof of this condition from the person entering.
- Exclusion or removal from O2arena. The Operator reserves the right to refuse entry or exclude any person who does not comply with the rules and regulations applicable to their stay in the O2 arena (see above) or whose behaviour is deemed to be unbecoming (e.g. assaulting another visitor or another person, racially motivated chanting, obstructing the view of other visitors, unreasonable harassment of other visitors, etc.). Also any person apparently under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted to O2 arena or will be expelled from O2 arena without any compensation. In addition, any person whose behaviour causes suspicion of committing any of the offences listed in Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the Criminal Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Criminal Code”) or misdemeanours will be removed from the O2 arena, in which case the Operator or the Organiser may call the Police of the Czech Republic. This means in particular any conduct by which a person:
- intentionally or recklessly causes or increases the general danger or makes it more difficult to avert or mitigate,
- offers visitors a narcotic or psychotropic substance
- induces visitors to abuse any addictive substance other than alcohol
- deliberately or by negligence causes or increases a risk of introduction or spreading of contagious human disease
- use violence against a group of visitors or individual or threatens them with bodily harm
- publicly defames any nation, language, ethnic group or race, political belief, religion, etc.
- publicly incites hatred towards a nation, ethnic group, race, religion, class
- publicly spreads an alarm message (e.g., unreasonably reports deposition of an explosive or unreasonably calls for help, etc.)
- commits gross indecency or disorder, for example by disturbing the course of an organized sports match, attacking one or a group of visitors, etc.
- deliberately or by negligence causes a serious harm or injury to another visitor
- uses violence against another Visitor with the aim of seizing their property
- destroys, damages, or renders unusable anything within O2 arena thus causing other than minor damage to other person’s property
- repeatedly or systematically commits an act in order to defeat the purpose of a restrictive measure imposed in an offence proceeding, which consists of a prohibition to attend places where sporting events are held, or to defeat the purpose of a restrictive measure imposed in an offence proceeding under the act on addictive substances, which consists of a prohibition to visit designated public places or obstructs or substantially impedes the execution of a decision of a court or other public authority by attending an event to which the penalty of a ban on admission to sporting, cultural or other social events applies, or commits any other serious act in order to frustrate the purpose of that penalty.
- Disabled Persons (ZTP/P). For ZTP/P ticket holders who are wheelchair users and their escorts, there are designated seats on special platforms on the 1st floor of the O2 arena, unless the type and nature of the event excludes this part of the floor from operation, i.e. it will not be possible to use the platforms reserved for wheelchair users or the Organiser does not allow it for a certain reason. For disabled visitors who are wheelchair users and their escorts, if they are Club Floor ticket holders, there are seats on special platforms on the 2nd floor of the O2 Only the entrances designated for ZTP/P tickets can be used to enter the O2arena.
- Tickets. Each visitor entering O2 arena is required to submit their ticket for check whenever their stay at the premises of O2 arena is based on purchase and proper presentation of the ticket; each visitor is required to have their own ticket (including small children). Ticket to O2 arena is valid exclusively for given day, hour, event, venue and sector, row, and place indicated on the ticket (or standing area), unless changed by the Organiser. The visitor is not authorized to view the event from any other place than that for which the ticket has been purchased. The ticket is valid only unchanged, undamaged, and complete. The ticket entitles to only one entry to O2 arena, unless the event Organizer determines otherwise – see the Organizer’s Instructions. The ticket becomes invalid once the visitor leaves O2 Each visitor is obliged to have their ticket with them throughout their presence at O2 arena and is obliged to present such valid ticket upon request of relevant Authorized Person; otherwise, they may be expelled from O2 arena without the right to entrance fee refund or re-entry. Ticket checking can take place especially at the entrance to the O2 arena at the turnstiles, at the entrance to the auditorium in individual sectors, in the auditorium, etc. Access control is usually carried out by an automatic turnstile system (or mobile reader) or, in the event of a technological equipment malfunction, by visual inspection. Should the control system designate any ticket as invalid, the holder of such ticket is entitled to claim their ticket at the O2 arena claim point (claims cash desk of relevant Ticket Seller). Ticket claims can only be made on tickets purchased from official O2 arena ticket sellers. A claim record will be drawn-up after ticket submission within the framework of the claims procedure unless the claiming person indicates otherwise. If a claim is recognized as justified, a duplicate ticket or a replacement ticket will be issued. Ticket claims are handled in particular by Ticket Seller and by the Organizer.
- Ticket Handling. Tickets are valuables, their counterfeiting and alteration are forbidden; any subsequent modifications render ticket invalid. In the event of ticket expiration, damage, destruction, loss or theft, the ticket cannot be exchanged, refunded, or otherwise compensated for. Any further transfer, sale, or disposing of the ticket without written consent of the Organizer or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed on the ticket will render the ticket invalid. Holder of such ticket may be denied entry to or will be removed from the event venue, giving a reason for seizing the printed ticket without refund of its nominal price or any other compensation.
- Ticket types. Tickets may be either (i) printed with a separable part (standard ticket), (ii) printed in the form of a “home ticket/e-ticket”, i.e., usually an A4-size paper without separable part, or (iii) as a QR code in a smartphone, or (iv) in a different form if permitted and mutually agreed by the Event Organizer, Operator, and Ticket Seller. Tickets ad (i) must be complete, i.e., including the separable part, and must be duly issued by authorized Ticket Seller. Tickets ad (ii) and (iv) must meet the conditions specified at the time of purchase of such ticket (for example, the ticket ad (ii) must be printed on relevant A4 paper etc.). In the case of tickets ad (iii), the QR code of the ticket must be legible and only on a device that is permitted within O2 arena (not on a tablet, for example). In the case of ticket ad (iii), the Visitor is obliged to ensure that the device with QR ticket will be in the state when the QR code can be checked throughout the duration of the ticket holder’s stay at the event venue; should the visitor fail to present such device or should the device not work properly (due to insufficient charging, for example), such visitor may be expelled from O2 arena without the right to admission refund or re-entry.
- Marketing use of the event, ticket or O2 arena. Without the express written consent of the O2 arena Operator and Event Organizer, purchaser or holder of any ticket may not dispose of the ticket or its significant part in connection with any promotion of the purchaser or ticket holder (including contests and consumer lotteries) or any other person or any products or services for any commercial or other purposes. It is forbidden to organize and participate in organizing any marketing and advertising activities at O2 arena without prior consent of the Operator. The purchase of a ticket does not entitle any person to use the event for marketing purposes without the consent of the Organiser.
- Change and cancellation of the event. Paid admission is not refundable, ticket cannot be exchanged. Event Organizer is responsible for admission fee refund should the event be cancelled. If the event is cancelled, the ticket holder will be entitled to admission fee refund according to the Organizer’s instructions. Service charges are not refundable. Refund of special costs (e.g., hotel accommodation, travel expenses) is not provided. Changes in the program are reserved. The date and time of the event are subject to change without notice, except for publication at least on the event website. Ticket holders are advised to check the event website at o2arena.cz prior to the event for the current valid conditions for entry to the O2 arena, including any additional operational information (opening times etc.). In case of any change of the event date, this fact will be indicated at least on the event website at www.o2arena.czafter information from the Organizer.
- Claims. In the event that a visitor intends to claim a service provided on the basis of a ticket, they are allowed to do so during the event at the information booth north, and it is their obligation to claim this service immediately after the circumstances giving rise to a claim for defective performance have occurred. Any claim made only after viewing the event may not be considered “immediate”. Restriction of the view by other visitors due to e.g. dancing, singing, passing through a row etc., as well as e.g., restriction of the view due to safety features of the O2 arena based on the approval of the building or legal norms of the Czech Republic (e.g., height of the railings on the stands etc., and partial restriction of the view due to the set-up of the event or the design of the stage itself) are not considered as a reason for a claim. Other conditions of claims are governed by the Claims Regulations if the claim is against the Operator.
- Liability for damages, In the event of injury to any person, anyone who sees this fact is obliged to notify the Authorized Person or the Operator. The Operator is not responsible for any damage caused to the property and health of visitors if they are caused by third persons or force majeure. Visitors are responsible for any damage they cause and will be held liable for such damage in accordance with applicable and effective law.
- Security check on entry. Any person entering O2 arena consents to personal security check of their person and their luggage, also with the use of technical equipment, in order to ensure safety of others in O2 Refusal to pass the security check constitutes a reason for preventing access to O2 arena.
- Prohibited items. The following items are not allowed in the O2 arena: alcohol of any kind, umbrellas (except collapsible ones in case of rain), food and beverages (except for documented medical reasons), bottles, pressurized items, containers of any kind (glass or PET bottles, cans, jugs, etc.) ), unworn clothing, political and advertising materials (advertising materials may be brought in with the prior consent of the Operator), glass or glass objects, drugs, toxic and narcotic substances, oversized luggage (larger than 40x30x20 cm), weapons (stabbing, cutting, firearms, etc.), sticks (e.g. selfie stick, handles, flag pole, etc.), objects with laser beams, drones, scissors, laptops, tablets and similar devices (the ban on bringing laptops, tablets and similar devices does not apply to visitors of VIP floors – 2nd and 3rd floor of O2 arena), any kind of recording devices, including data, video and audio recorders, except personal mobile phones, unless otherwise specified by the Organiser (incl. any restrictions beyond the scope of these Visitor Rules), explosive substances (explosives, explosive crackers and explosive combustibles), combustibles, binoculars (except for pocket binoculars and theatre peepholes up to 15 cm in length), perfumes – over 100 ml (the holder is obliged to test the perfume on themselves at the request of the Authorised Person at the entry control), lacquers or spray deodorants – over 100 ml (the holder is obliged to test the lacquer or spray deodorant on themselves at the request of the Authorised Person at the entry control), baby carriages (including “golf clubs”), bicycles, scooters (and other means of transport or sports equipment and tools) and other dangerous items that could cause damage to health or property, both to the O2arena and to the event Organiser and visitors. Decision as to whether the particular object is dangerous or not will be made by the O2 arena Operator or Organizer. Prohibited items that are not allowed to be brought into the O2 arena and that are not left by the visitor at assigned depository will be discarded.
- Special prohibited items. The Organiser may, in agreement with the Operator, further determine which other specific items may not be brought into the O2arena for a particular event, usually by stating this in the Organiser’s Instructions.
- Depository. Visitors may use the paid outdoor depository for the purpose of visiting to store items that cannot be brought into the O2 arena, provided they are not items that cannot be stored in the depository either. The depository is located in the northern part of the site around the O2 arena (near the so-called flagpole area). - Food consumption in O2arena. Only food and beverages purchased in the O2 arena are allowed to be consumed in the O2 arena and only in designated areas. For some events, bringing food and drink into the auditorium and area is completely prohibited.
- Prohibition of throwing objects. It is strictly prohibited to throw any objects to ice or production area and into the auditorium within O2
- Assistance animals. Visitors are not allowed to enter the O2arena with animals, except assistance and guide dogs (upon request of the Authorized Person, proof of training of an assistance/guide dog must be presented at the entrance control).
- No open flame. It is prohibited to use open flame at O2
- Recording equipment. Persons with any type of recording devices, including data, video and audio recorders with the exception of personal mobile phones, will be denied entry to the O2 arena unless otherwise specified by the Operator in the Organiser’s Instructions. It is forbidden to transmit an event and/or assist with transmitting an event, produce images, and reproduce the Event in any way, including the Internet and mobile phones. It is forbidden to take photographs and make any video and sound recordings during the event, including breaks. Any image and sound recordings taken at O2 arena, on it or in it may not be used for commercial purposes without the permission of the O2 arena Operator and the Organizer. Unauthorized use, transmission or reproduction of the logo or protected trademark of O2 arena is forbidden.
- Using the recording of visitors. Any person entering the O2arena consents, without further notice, to the free but reasonable use of their image or likeness as part of any image recording, transmission or reproduction of the event/sporting event for commercial or promotional purposes in the display of all or part of the event in connection with the O2 arena, the Event Organiser and its contractual partners (e.g. sponsors). However, even in such a case, such person has rights arising from the applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., as amended, while the rights of data subjects in relation to the protection of personal data are listed for the Operator in the Principles of Personal Data Processing, available at https://www.o2arena.cz/pro-navstevniky/ochrana-soukromi/.
- Lost and found items. Each person entering O2 arena is obliged to return any objects found within the premises of O2 arena to the Operator, Authorized Person, to the Organizer, or to Czech Police.
- Abandoned items. The Operator and the Organiser do not assume any liability for the abandoned items, loss of items or their theft by other persons, except for those items that the Operator or the Organiser has taken into custody in the premises specially reserved for this purpose (e.g. changing rooms or depository).
- CCTV footage. The visitor acknowledges that the entire O2arena facility and adjacent areas are monitored by industrial cameras with recording, and by entering the O2 arena or the area surrounding the O2 arena, the visitor consents to such monitoring and recording. - Evacuation: In the event of an evacuation of the O2 arena building, each person staying in the building at that time is obliged to follow the rules according to the Fire Alarm Directive, the text of which is posted on each floor of the O2 arena in the necessary quantity and to follow the instructions of the Authorised Persons in charge of the evacuation. A map of evacuation exits is posted in the O2 arena along with the Fire Alarm Directive.
- Prohibition of promotion of political parties and movements. Every person entering the O2arena, or the area around the O2 arena, is obliged to observe the ban on the promotion of political parties, movements and associations in the O2 arena and its surroundings, unless otherwise agreed with the Operator.
- Limited availability of products. Availability of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages is limited within the premises of O2 arena in line with Act No. 65/2017 Coll., on health from harmful effects of addictive substances, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on Health Protection” or “AHP”). It is forbidden to sell tobacco products to persons under the age of 18 (including electronic cigarettes or herbal products intended for smoking) within the premises of O2 Sale of tobacco products (and related goods) within O2 arena is also prohibited during public events intended mainly for persons under 18 years of age. O2 arena is a cultural facility and also a catering establishment operated on the groundwork of innkeeper’s trade and sale / serving of alcoholic beverages is therefore permitted within O2 arena. It is, however, always forbidden to sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 and to persons apparently influenced by alcohol or other addictive substance within the premises of O2 arena. Sale of alcoholic beverages within O2 arena is also prohibited during public events intended mainly for persons under 18 years of age. Events explicitly marked by Organizer in the Organizer’s Instructions as events for children or events where at least 75% of tickets are sold as children’s tickets (sold to children based on age and/or height limit) are usually considered to be the events intended mainly for persons under 18 years of age. Sale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of beverages containing up to 4.3 % vol. of alcohol and wine, is also prohibited during public sports events at O2 arena. Public sports events are generally such events that take place within any official sports competition organized by a sports association registered in the Czech Republic where sport results are objectively measured in the course of such sports event.
- No smoking policy. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and similar devices, is prohibited in the entire indoor area of the O2arena according to applicable law.
- Obligation of visitors to obey the request. Visitors are required to obey the instructions of the Organizer, O2 arena Operator, Authorized Persons, or other appointed persons requesting them not to continue with any actions contrary to the AHP, in particular pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 to 10 of the AHP and 18(1) of the AHP, or are obliged to obey the request to leave O2 arena if they smoke, are minors under the influence of alcohol or engage in other activities in violation of the AHP. If a visitor in the O2arena fails to obey the legitimate instructions within the meaning of this paragraph, the Operator shall be entitled (in particular through the Authorised Person) to expel the visitor who has violated the AHP and who has not obeyed the relevant request of the Authorised Person or any of the O2 arena staff, from the premises of the O2 arena, without compensation, or request the municipal police or the Police of the Czech Republic to take action to remove the visitor from the O2 arena, without compensation.
- Application of the Visitor Rules to other persons. These Visitor Rules apply mutatis mutandis also to such viewers or visitors of O2 arena who enter O2 arena as viewers on the basis of a document other than ticket (for example with a strip), unless the Organizer and the Operator agree otherwise.
- Relationship of the Visitor Rules and Organiser’s Instructions. The Organizer’s Instructions amend the Visitor Rules.
